Now that we’re a week past Thanksgiving and ~three weeks until Christmas, we figured it was time to post our pumpkin carving video here on the blog…ha! To our credit, this did actually post on our YouTube channel on Halloween. We just missed getting it posted over here. We blamed too much holiday fun. 😉
In any case, we had a TON of fun making this video. We haven’t laughed this much working on a project in a loooooong time (and that’s saying something!). But truly – what else could the result be when you try to carve pumpkins with a pressure washer?!?
We hope you have as much fun watching this one as we had making it. Happy Fall and all the things you celebrate this season!
Cheers,
JZ and Daniel
Hey there, friends! It’s hard to believe Fall is already here – this year has flown by! While we spend as much outside as possible in the Summer, cooler temps mean more time with friends and family around the table…making it the perfect time to indulge in the art of tablescaping!
Annnnnnnnd since I recently discovered the absolutely magical world of milk glass, I’d love to share why this vintage staple is a fantastic choice for designing tablescapes, especially as we embrace the cozy vibes of fall. While many often think of milk glass as classic white, it actually comes in an array of colors, from soft pastels to rich jewel tones and even black, making it a versatile addition to any seasonal setting.
I have now dressed up several tables end to end with milk glass filled with flowers–and it doesn’t matter which combo I used–the milk glass truly shined in every setting, effortlessly elevating the décor.

Hello! We’re excited to share our first DIY flowering arranging tutorial. After a year of JZ watching flower arranging tutorials getting ready for the wedding, she’s putting that plethora of knowledge into practice around our home, having fun with techniques, floral mechanics and more now that the stakes are much, much lower.
For this tutorial, we show you how to create a whimsical, garden style centerpiece using a long rectangle acrylic vase from Amazon.
We’re sharing all the secrets on how to achieve that dreamy garden vibe that is *in* right now–and it all starts with pin frogs. These amazing little floral mechanics are your ticket to creating an enchanting floral masterpiece, and the good news is that you don’t have to use a ton of flowers to make it happen. Find out more on our blog!
